FoodoZone uses these technologies to run and protect our website and, if you agree, to understand how it is used.

• Strictly necessary

  Needed for the website to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your basket and your cookie choices, payment security and protecting phone verification from abuse. These are always on, because the website can't work without them.

• Analytics

  We use PostHog to understand which pages are useful and where the site is slow. Analytics only runs after you accept analytics cookies, and stays off if you reject them.

• Marketing

  We do not currently use any advertising or marketing cookies. If we start to, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

• accessToken (cookie) — strictly necessary

  Keeps you signed in to your account.

• foodozone-cart (local storage) — strictly necessary

  Remembers what is in your basket.

• foodozone:cookie-consent (local storage) — strictly necessary

  Remembers your cookie choices.

• Stripe cookies, such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid — strictly necessary

  Set by Stripe, our payment provider, when you add a card or pay, to prevent fraud.

• Google reCAPTCHA — strictly necessary

  Used by Google when you verify your phone number, to stop automated abuse.

• PostHog (ph_… cookie and local storage) — analytics

  Measures how the website is used. Only set if you accept analytics cookies. PostHog stores this data on EU servers.

We also use Sentry to receive error reports when something goes wrong on the website. Sentry does not set cookies on our website, and we have set it not to attach personal information to error reports.

When you first visit FoodoZone, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. You can:

• accept all;
• reject non-essential cookies; or
• manage your preferences.

Rejecting optional cookies does not stop you using FoodoZone.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie preferences in the website footer.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.
